International Shipping
International orders must clear customs, with varying rules by country. You are responsible for any
additional taxes, fees, or duties, as well as for obtaining necessary permits or paperwork. Invoices are
included with all shipments.

 

Return & Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel and fully refund your purchase within 24 hours. After this period, no returns or
cancellations will be accepted.

 

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for items (excluding
frontals, closures, and full lace wigs) that do not meet our quality standards, at our discretion. Returns
must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt.

You may return items if they meet the following criteria upon inspection:

All original hang tags and seals must be intact.
Items must be in their original state and packaging.
Products must not have been dyed, bleached, or altered.
Returns will not be accepted if items show any signs of being opened or used. Ohemaascastle is not
responsible for return shipping costs, and proof of purchase must accompany the returned item. Please
use secured tracking for returns, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 72 hours of your purchase, subject to product inspection. Please contact
us at info@ohemaascastle.com with clear photos of the item, proof of purchase, order number, reason
for return/exchange, and desired bundle lengths.

If your exchange is approved, please allow up to 10 days for processing.

Ohemaascastle is not responsible for shipping fees for exchanges, and proof of purchase is required.
Ensure all returns and exchanges are sent with secured tracking, as we cannot be liable for lost parcels.

 

Note
Items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or

exchanged. Custom orders, including custom length, density, style, size or color wigs are also non-
refundable.
