We are currently home-based.

The full address will be provided a day before your appointment.

Please ensure you arrive early to avoid any delays.

APPOINTMENTS
Monthly appointments are released on the 12th of every month.

Be sure to carefully review all appointment details before booking.

SICKNESS POLICY
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, kindly refrain from booking an appointment.

If you become ill after booking, please reschedule.

For everyone's comfort and safety, no plus ones are allowed at appointments.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 20€ is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment—please bring the exact amount.

SERVICE
All lace services (including lace frontals, lace closures, and lace wigs) will be completed prior to your
appointment. To ensure this, hair must be sent at least 6 days before your appointment date.

Failing to do so will incur an additional 10€ fee for late submission. For optimal results, we recommend
bringing your own foundation and brush for the best netting coverage match.

An additional charge of 15€ applies to appointments scheduled on Bank Holidays, Christmas, and New
Year's Eve. If you're ordering hair from us, please place your order 10-14 days before your appointment
to ensure timely delivery.

PREMIUM SLOTS
Appointments scheduled before 9AM or extending past 8PM will incur an additional charge of 15€.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment later than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will
lose your deposit and need to rebook. Please note that no-shows will be automatically charged the full
remaining balance to the card on file.

LATE POLICY
Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a 15€ late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your
appointment may be cancelled.

If our team is late to your appointment, a discount will be applied to your booking.
Bridal bookings: If the hairstylists arrive on time but must wait more than 30 minutes to start, a waiting
fee will be charged to the bridal party.

HAIR & LACE REQUIREMENTS
For ponytail services, please ensure that your hair is washed and blow-dried prior to your appointment.
Avoid using any moisturizers or hair grease. If you are reusing extensions, please make sure they are
thoroughly washed beforehand.

We do not work with wet, damp, or dirty hair for cornrows—failure to meet this requirement will result
in you being sent home and losing your deposit.

Additionally, we do not accept frontals that are high in density or have a dark grey/greenish tint. If your
frontal is unsuitable, it will be returned to you, and your appointment will be cancelled.
Same-day customization (bleaching & plucking) will incur an extra fee of 15€.

HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE MEASUREMENT GUIDE
Please provide your head circumference measurement when booking custom wig services to ensure a
perfect fit.
